The Want Ad – Intro and Chapter 1

Foreword

This book is the first of a two-part adventure that was inspired by several of my work slaves. While I had coffee on the left coast at the San Francisco Bay, one suggested I set this story in a remote location a few hundred miles from the Bay and pointed “thataway” toward an island reachable only by boat. Another boy encouraged me to relate the details about the way I train my work slaves – both male and female – into proper workers. A third suggested I specify the training rules for my new slaves and let you, the reader, know that once you are hired by Mistress Amity, she will own you – body, soul and fears – for the rest of your life. Some of their suggestions were useful and make up some of the background of the story you are about to read. There is no reason for me to make up fiction if my reality suffices. I train my work slaves to perform the way I demand, and it is indeed for the rest of their lives.

Introduction

Owning a large business with multiple divisions and locations has challenges and the one constant of those trials is finding exceptional staff and training them to work for me within my rules and processes. Once trained and performing to my expectations, I keep the boy workers forever. It did not take long for me to see that males – when properly trained – make decent workers. Women, who likewise require proper training that rises to my expectations, make more effective supervisors and managers.

This story, the first of two parts, includes actual training techniques used at my Company, processes that make sure work they perform is done exceptionally well, on time and at or under budget. That is what makes my Company such a success. My experience shows that careful hiring, excellent training, and unrelenting demands that my goals are met is how I achieve that success.

I place an occasional want ad to find the male slaves whose skills are what I need. Boys that I accept to interview must survive our processes and adhere to Company procedures. It is not surprising that none of them ever leave. I allow a few to retire, but I still own them: body, soul, and fears. My few females are managers who excel at keeping the boys’ work product perfect. You will learn what I look for in new hires throughout this story. You will feel the unyielding hand I keep clenched around every facet of my Company and the boys who produce for me.

Take a deep breath and join my train on its trek to the Company HQ. Join in the severe training and see if you could endure it and eventually submit to my authority absolutely. The CEO

Bent over with their asses spread wide, their voices shrieking insanely through gagged mouths and their bodies spasming in delightful synchronicity, the new boys’ antics were ignored by Company Medical staff, who pierced the five new hires between their cock and balls and assholes. They attached electronic rings and locked them permanently in place. They swiftly initialized the microchips. From her vantage point, the CEO nodded.

She kept a keen eye on her staff at all times through her multi-monitor setup and she particularly enjoyed mass piercing and subsequent branding of new hires. It showed that Intake was about to begin in earnest. The train trek was over and the boys – and a few new females – were ready to join her Company’s ranks.

The CEO’s iron fist of ownership gripped the entire staff. During the Company’s 20-year history, no boy had ever escaped.
